Practitioner-only products are natural supplements listed or registered on the Australian or New Zealand Register of Therapeutic Goods. That means they are not available over the counter without a consultation with a practitioner. At Matakana Pharmacy we have made this simple: consultations can happen online or over the phone at no charge, so you can keep accessing your pharmacist or practitioner-prescribed supplements.

How it works
To buy these products you first complete a short consultation form. Once you have submitted the form and placed your order, a member of our team will contact you by phone or email to make sure the product is right for you and will not interact with any other medications you may be taking. There is no additional charge for the consultation.
If you are not eligible or the product is not suitable, our team will be in touch with alternative options and the reasoning behind it. If you have been prescribed the product before by a practitioner, please leave us a note to let us know.
