What is your shipping policy?
For New Zealand: We offer free tracked shipping on all orders over 75NZD.
For Australia: We offer free tracked DHL EXPRESS shipping over 250NZD.
We currently do not ship to the USA.
For remaining countries we are working to achieve better rates but for the moment shipping is DHL EXPRESS shipping for 99NZD.
Click and Collect is also available to those local shoppers. Please allow some time to prepare your order. You will receive a pick up notification email once your order is ready for collection.
Is your delivery time affected by the holiday periods?
Deliveries over the Christmas and New Year period is usually subject to delays due to our logistical partners being closed on weekends and public holidays which in turn creates a backlog. They also often have delivery drivers on leave and function at 50-70% driver capacity. Please anticipate delays of up to 5 additional working days during this busy holiday season
Food Allergies or Ingredient Queries?
