Diffusion: add 5 drops to a diffuser and run for 20 minutes, replenishing as required. Pillow or collar: apply 3 drops to the pillow or collar. Feet (ages 3 years and over): apply 3 drops to the feet before bedtime. Bath (from 6 months): mix 1-2 drops into 1 tsp of milk and add to bathwater. Bath (ages 3 years and over): mix 5-10 drops into 1 tsp of milk and add to bathwater; keep aromatherapy baths to no more than 15 minutes.
