This one is built around blueberry and cacao, so it actually tastes pleasant stirred into water, juice, yoghurt or a smoothie. The blend is organic freeze-dried kale, spinach, broccoli, wheatgrass, alfalfa, spirulina, chlorella, carrot, blueberry, cacao, turmeric, watercress and black pepper — thirteen whole-food ingredients rather than a short list padded with fillers. Freeze-drying is a gentle process that helps preserve the natural qualities, colour and flavour of each ingredient, unlike heat drying. These whole-food ingredients naturally provide a wide range of vitamins, minerals and plant-based nutrients.
