It is completely tasteless and odourless, dissolving into coffee, tea, smoothies, water, yoghurt or baking without altering flavour or texture, which is the practical reason a daily habit actually sticks. Type I collagen is the form most associated with skin, and the added Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin.
