The Advanced formula is the same idea as Bio-Berberine Complex with the supporting cast scaled up considerably, and it is the one to reach for if you already know berberine suits you.
The berberine dose is unchanged at 500mg of berberine HCl per capsule from Berberis aristata root. What changes is everything around it: Origine 8® goes from 25mg to 125mg, which brings 75mg of Phytophare green tea extract carrying 32mg of EGCG, and the phosphatidylcholine complex rises to 50mg. Chromium stays at 25 micrograms.
Phosphatidylcholine is the phospholipid that makes liposomal delivery work, and at this level it is doing real work rather than appearing on the label.
One capsule two to three times daily with meals. Sixty capsules.
