It comes as 60 capsules vegan Liquid Phyto-Caps. Liquid Phyto-Caps are Gaia's own format: the herbs are extracted into a liquid first, then sealed in a vegan capsule, so nothing is packed in as dry powder. Each serving provides:

- Herbal Extract Blend: 696 mg
Organic Green Tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf, Green Tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract
- Polyphenols: 300 mg

Each serving is equivalent to 6,950 mg of dried herb and no more than 25 mg of caffeine.

Other ingredients: Vegetable glycerin, water, and vegan capsule (hypromellose).
