The first 1000 days of a baby's life, from conception to their 2nd birthday, is a critical period for brain and nervous system development. While DHA & Choline plays a key role in this, most pregnant and breastfeeding women do not get enough of these important nutrients through diet alone as they can be cautious about eating fish during this time or may have diet restrictions.
