Ingredients

Per capsule: Fenugreek Seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum) 529mg. Other ingredients: Silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.

Instructions

Take one to two capsules with a meal three times daily. Take two hours away from all prescription medications.
