DESCRIPTION

Four grams of myo-inositol a serve, which is the dose the research on inositol tends to use, in an unflavoured powder.

Each daily serve of BePure Blood Sugar Balance provides 4000mg of myo-inositol and 83mcg of selenium as L-selenomethionine. A 121g tub is 30 serves.

From age 13, one and a half metric teaspoons, 4g, daily mixed into water or any cold drink, with or between meals. From 5 to 12, three quarters of a teaspoon, 2g.

Take it at least two hours away from medication.

Not suitable while breastfeeding.
