DESCRIPTION

Five grams of creatine monohydrate with 330mg of magnesium bisglycinate, in peach, which is unusual company for creatine.

Each tablespoon serve of BePure Creatine and Magnesium provides 5g of creatine monohydrate and 330mg of magnesium as bisglycinate, flavoured with natural peach and sweetened with steviol glycosides. A 317g tub is 30 serves.

From age 14, one tablespoon, 10.6g, mixed into water or any cold drink. BePure suggest taking it before exercise.

Five grams is the standard daily creatine serve, so no loading phase is needed.
