NMN and fisetin are two of the more talked-about compounds in the longevity aisle, and they are usually sold separately at a price that makes buying both twice as annoying.
This one puts them in the same capsule. The NMN is UTHEVER, a branded nicotinamide mononucleotide, at 500mg per capsule. That is a substantial dose by the standards of the category, and a branded version tells you the material has been characterised rather than bought on spec.
Alongside it sits 50mg of fisetin, a flavonoid found naturally in strawberries, apples and onions, in far smaller quantities than a supplement provides.
Adults 18 and over: one to two capsules once daily, with or after food, swallowed whole with at least half a glass of water. Do not exceed two capsules daily without speaking to your healthcare provider.
Sugar free. Brown rice flour, magnesium stearate and silica make up the rest.
