DESCRIPTION

A candle you keep long after the wax runs out.

The Wave Candle sits in hand-blown rippled glass, 8cm across and 10cm high, and holds 300g of natural soy wax on a braided cotton wick with no lead in it. Mandarin and magnolia leaf open it, jasmine, orris and star anise sit in the middle, and cedarwood, musk and tonka hold the base.

Hand-poured in Melbourne, and it burns for 70 hours or more. The glass is worth washing out and keeping afterwards.

Ingredients

100% natural soy wax with fragrance, in a hand-blown glass vessel. Braided cotton wick, lead free.

Instructions

Trim the wick to 5mm before every burn. Stand the candle on an even, heat-resistant surface and burn it for no more than three hours at a time. Stop using it once about 1.5cm of wax is left, then wash the glass out and keep it.

Disclosure

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from children, pets, draughts and anything flammable, and never move it while the wax is molten or the glass is hot. Burn for no more than three hours at a time and stop at 1.5cm of remaining wax, as burning it dry can crack the glass.
