The oldest pairing in incense, and still the one that most reliably changes the feel of a room.

Western Australian sandalwood gives the creamy, balsamic base. Hojari frankincense, Boswellia sacra, sits on top of it: luminous, citrusy and faintly piney, the grade that has been traded since antiquity and still commands a premium over ordinary frankincense.

What you notice is the lift. Sandalwood alone settles downward; frankincense pulls the scent upward and gives it air, so the room feels both grounded and open at once.
