Collagen Peptides [7200 mg of collagen peptides per serve] (grass-fed and finished Australian-sourced bovine collagen peptides, Perfectly Pure Collagen™), Bimuno® GOS (milk), Organic Bamboo Silica, Zinc Gluconate.
Bimuno® GOS is a prebiotic produced in England from milk by an enzymatic process, and is low lactose and milk protein free.

Instructions

Mix one level scoop into your coffee, tea, juice, smoothie, or soup. Can be taken twice per day. Can be used with all other My Way Up products.
