After cleansing, apply to a cotton pad and wipe gently over the face, avoiding the eye and mouth area. Start two or three times a week and build up if your skin tolerates it. Always follow with a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher during the day.

Use a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher daily while using it and for a week afterwards. Introduce gradually rather than daily from the outset, and do not use alongside scrubs or other exfoliating products. Patch test before first use.
