Nosebuds do not add anything to your body. They start something your body already does.
Inside each bud, a tiny rotor spins and produces a low hum. That hum is the whole device. It travels through the nasal tissue as a gentle vibration, prompting the release of ATP and moisture, which in turn quickens the motile cilia, the microscopic hairs lining your nose whose entire job is to sweep mucus and airborne debris out. It is the same principle behind the humming breath used in yoga for centuries, engineered into something the size of an earbud.
