DESCRIPTION

The one you stay on, rather than the one you take a short course of.

Perio plus support drops chlorhexidine to 0.09%, which is the level meant for longer use once the intensive phase is over. It adds hyaluronic acid and cyclodextrin to the Citrox and polylysine base, and it is the rinse people reach for when a course of treatment has left their mouth dry.

No alcohol. 200ml. Pair it with the SLS-free Perio plus support toothpaste so the chlorhexidine is not cancelled out.

Ingredients

AQUA, XYLITOL, POLYSORBATE 20, CHLORHEXIDINE DIGLUCONATE, SODIUM HYALURONATE, CYCLODEXTRIN, AROMA, PHENOXYETHANOL, VP/VA COPOLYMER, SUCRALOSE, CETYLPYRIDINIUM CHLORIDE, CITRIC ACID, CITRUS AURANTIUM AMARA FRUIT EXTRACT, GLYCERIN, POLYEPSILON-LYSINE, SODIUM HYDROXIDE, SODIUM CHLORIDE. Curaprox do not publish a full list for this product; this is taken from the ingredients they name and the matching Perio plus formulations, so check the bottle.

Instructions

Rinse with 10ml undiluted for about 30 seconds, then spit. Do not swallow. Leave a gap of at least 30 minutes between brushing and rinsing.

Disclosure

Chlorhexidine can stain teeth and the tongue and can temporarily dull taste, particularly with longer use. Not for use with a toothpaste containing SLS, which cancels chlorhexidine out; the Perio plus support toothpaste is SLS free for this reason. Use under the direction of your dentist or pharmacist. Keep out of reach of children.
