IgGI Shield pairs ImmunoLin, a serum-derived bovine immunoglobulin concentrate, with N-acetyl-D-glucosamine. The immunoglobulins bind in the digestive tract; the NAG is a building block the body already uses in the mucus layer that sits over the gut wall. The immunoglobulin concentrate is derived from serum rather than milk, so the formula is genuinely dairy free, which matters on a gut formula more than most. It is also gluten free, soy free and non-GMO.
