Ready to drink rehydration for the days when you cannot keep much down.

Hydralyte replaces the water and electrolytes lost through vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise and the occasional hangover. It is mixed to the right balance of glucose and electrolytes already, so there is nothing to measure or stir.

This is the colour free lemonade, in the 1 litre bottle. Suitable for paediatric use, with dosing on the label from under 12 months up.

Sip slowly. Do not dilute. Refrigerate after opening and use within one month.

Ingredients

Each 100mL contains:
- Glucose monohydrate | 1.6g
- Citric acid monohydrate | 480mg
- Sodium (from sodium chloride) | 98mg
- Potassium (from potassium citrate) | 80mg

Also contains sucralose, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate. No added gluten.

Instructions

Do not dilute. Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms of dehydration continue. Dosing for dehydration from vomiting and diarrhoea: under 12 months, 100mL every 90 minutes, up to 1000mL a day. 1 to 3 years, 100mL every 90 minutes, up to 1400mL a day. 3 to 6 years, 100mL every 60 minutes, up to 2000mL a day. 6 to 12 years, 100mL every 30 minutes, up to 2600mL a day. 12 years to adult, 200mL every 30 minutes, up to 4000mL a day. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose.

Disclosure

Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea lasts longer than 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children 3 to 6 years, or 48 hours in children over 6 years and adults. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding and have vomiting or diarrhoea, seek medical advice. Do not use if the cap seal is broken. Do not freeze. Store below 30 degrees C. Refrigerate after opening and discard after 1 month. Always read the label and use only as directed.
