Each 5ml dose contains:
CHAMOMILE extract equivalent to dried flowers 2142mg
LEMON BALM extract equivalent to dried leaf 468.4mg
DILL essential oil 5mg
MANDARIN essential oil 4.8mg
In a syrup base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water.

Take the recommended dose by age group:
Infants 0-1 years:
0.5ml
Children 1-2 years:
1 to 2ml ( 1/4 metric teaspoon)
Children 2-5 years:
2 to 3ml ( 1/2 metric teaspoon)
Children 5 years and over:
5ml (1 metric teaspoon)
Take recommended dose by age group as needed
to calm upset tummies and colicky babies up to
6 times per day.

If using for colicky babies, you can smear a lttle of this syrup on the nipple while baby is feeding or wait until after feeding and use with a syringe or simply smear a little on baby's gums.
