Three ingredients: pure Vermont maple syrup, organic raspberry juice and sea salt. The raspberry lifts what is otherwise quite a sweet product, and the salt is the reason this sits in UnTapped's salted line — it is doing hydration work as well as fuelling, which matters on a long hot day when a plain gel leaves you flat. The texture is the real argument for maple-based gels: water-soluble, so it goes down like syrup rather than paste. A box of 20 x 30ml packets.
