Per tablet: Vitamin B1 (thiamine) 4mg, Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 6mg, Niacin (niacinamide) 50mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 8mg, Folate (folic acid) 400mcg, Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 50mcg, Biotin 100mcg, Pantothenic Acid (dicalcium pantothenate) 40mg, Choline (bitartrate) 6.5mg, Calcium (dicalcium phosphate) 115mg, Phosphorus (dicalcium phosphate) 80mg. Other ingredients: Cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, inositol, para-amino benzoic acid (PABA), vegetable magnesium stearate, cabbage leaves (Brassica oleracea var. capitata), brown rice grain.

Instructions

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
