Absolute jasmine is one of the most expensive aromatics on earth, which is why almost nobody sells it neat. This is jasmine at three percent in jojoba, ready to use and priced like something you might actually reach for.
The jasmine is Jasminum grandiflorum from India, solvent extracted from flowers picked at night when the scent is strongest. Jojoba is a stable, non-greasy carrier that keeps well, so the dilution is doing a job beyond making the price work.
It is a base note: heady, sweet, unmistakably floral, and it lasts.
Jasmine is traditionally avoided in pregnancy. Dolphin Clinic are explicit about that on the label, and it is worth reading.
