DESCRIPTION
Nutmeg oil is warmer and woodier than the spice grated over custard, sweet at first and then quite dry.
Steam distilled from the seeds of Myristica fragrans grown in India. It is a middle note that adds weight to citrus without turning the blend into a Christmas candle, and Dolphin Clinic use it in the Happy Legs massage oil.
Two drops in a winter diffuser with orange and cinnamon works well. Always dilute it for skin.
Not one for pregnancy.
