DESCRIPTION
Thirty millilitres of peppermint lasts a long time, which is either good economics or a warning, depending on how enthusiastically you diffuse.
The oil is the same as the small bottle: Mentha piperita, steam distilled from leaves, stems and flowers in India. Cold on the nose, sharp, and higher in menthol than the mint in a teabag by an enormous margin.
Four drops in a diffuser, five per 10ml of carrier for a shoulder or temple rub, or a couple of drops in a bowl of steaming water.
Avoid during pregnancy.
Better value per millilitre than the 10ml, filled in New Zealand alongside the rest of the range.
