DESCRIPTION

Lime is the first thing you notice and rosewood is what keeps it there. Jasmine sits underneath and gives the blend a softness that lime alone would never have.

It is cheering and green, the sort of scent that belongs in a house in September when the windows finally start opening again.

Four to eight drops in a vaporiser, or five per 10ml of carrier oil.

Lime is photosensitising, so keep it off skin heading into sun.

Three ingredients, one of which is a fragrant oil rather than an essential oil, and Dolphin Clinic label it that way. Blended and bottled in New Zealand.

Ingredients

A blend of Rosewood and Lime essential oils with jasmine fragrant oil.

Instructions

Vaporiser or diffuser: 4-8 drops.
Massage or body oil: 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil such as sweet almond or jojoba.
Bath: 4-6 drops stirred through a little carrier oil or milk once the water has run.
Inhalation: straight from the bottle, or a few drops on a tissue.
Dolphin Clinic recommend topical use on five days a week rather than every day.
