DESCRIPTION
Vetiver is the smell of damp earth after rain, and it is one of the most grounding aromatics there is. Dark, smoky, sweet at the very back, and thick enough that it pours slowly.
Steam distilled from the roots of Chrysopogon zizanioides. It is a base note and the most persistent in the range, which is why perfumers use it as a fixative and why one drop in a blend is usually the right answer.
Two drops in an evening diffuser with lavender or frankincense.
Five drops per 10ml of carrier for massage.
An expensive oil made from a grass root, bottled in New Zealand by a company that has been buying it for over thirty years.
