Jojoba Oil, Eucalyptus Blue Gum, Ginger (Zingiber officinalis), Cypress, Fir Balsam, Myrrh (Commiphora myrrha, wild), Chamomile Matricaria, Spruce Black (Picea mariana), Chamomile Roman, Chamomile German (Chamomilla matricaria). All certified organic apart from the wild-harvested Myrrh. Pre-diluted in a base of organic jojoba oil.

Pre-diluted in jojoba oil, so no further dilution is needed. Apply around 5 drops to the throat and neck area and massage in gently, up to three or four times a day. Also suitable applied to the throat area before meditation or quiet practice. Patch test on a small area of skin first. Avoid contact with eyes.
