Reusable eye mask containing HydroBead beads. No medicine.

Heat the mask in an 800W microwave for 25 seconds on maximum power, or up to 15 seconds in a 900W or higher microwave. Never heat for more than 30 seconds. Always test the temperature with your fingers before placing it on closed eyes. If it is too warm, let it cool for 1 minute and test again. If you want more heat, microwave for a further 5 seconds. Apply to closed eyes for 10 minutes, or as advised by your eye care professional. If you use it again within 30 minutes, shorten the heating time by 10 seconds. For cold use, seal the mask in a plastic bag, place it in the freezer for 30 minutes, then hold it over closed eyes for 5 to 7 minutes.

Do not swallow the contents of the mask. Do not share your mask. Check it regularly and throw it away if it is worn or damaged. Older masks have head straps containing latex, and these are being replaced by a latex free version, so check the pack if you have a latex allergy. Store at room temperature.
