Not an ingredient-based product - materials and construction only. A continuous 6cm x 1m dressing length supplied on a roll-style strip and cut to whatever size the wound needs. It is built from a soft, breathable backing material carrying a skin-friendly adhesive, with a full-length non-stick wound pad running down the centre so the pad does not adhere to the wound surface. Elastoplast describes the Sensitive range as hypoallergenic and dermatologically approved, tested on easily irritated skin and on people with diabetes, and states "0% Latex - this product is not made with natural rubber latex".

Cut the dressing length to size with clean scissors so that the wound pad fully covers the wound and there is a margin of adhesive on all sides. Clean the wound and gently dry the surrounding skin first, then peel the backing away and apply the cut piece without stretching it. Each cut piece is for single use. Change daily, or sooner if the dressing becomes wet, soiled or begins to lift.
Warnings: For external use on minor wounds only. Do not use on deep, heavily bleeding or puncture wounds, animal bites or burns - seek medical attention. Do not apply over infected wounds. Stop using and seek advice from your pharmacist or doctor if redness, swelling, increased pain or irritation develops. Keep scissors and the product out of reach of children. Store below 25 degrees C in a dry place.
