DESCRIPTION

Five grams of hydrolysed bovine collagen with 1500mg of MSM in a single tablespoon, unflavoured enough to disappear into a coffee.

Each 6.6g serve of BePure Joint Care provides 5000mg of hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides and 1500mg of MSM. A 158g tub is 24 serves.

Adults 18 and over take one metric tablespoon daily, mixed into water or a cold drink. BePure note that two serves a day can be taken during periods of high demand, such as recovery from injury or a heavier training block. From 12 to 17 the serve is a third of a tablespoon, 2.2g.

Contains bovine collagen, so it is not vegetarian or vegan.

Instructions

Ages 18 and over: take one 6.6g serving, one metric tablespoon, once daily mixed with water or a cold drink. During times of high need, such as injury recovery or increased physical stress, two servings daily can be taken. Ages 12 to 17: take one 2.2g serving, about one third of a metric tablespoon, once daily.
