ProOmega is made from purified deep sea fish oil from wild caught anchovies, sardines, mackerel and herring, and it is supplied as rTG, the re-esterified triglyceride form, rather than as the ethyl ester most concentrates use.

It is a lemon flavoured soft gel, which is the practical part: natural lemon oil is what keeps fish oil pleasant to take day after day. The oil is protected with RRR alpha tocopherol and rosemary extract rather than synthetic preservatives.
