Rhodiola root and holy basil leaf lead, the holy basil appearing twice, once as a supercritical CO2 extract. Milky oat seed, schisandra berry and ashwagandha root complete the blend, bringing together adaptogens and nervines from the Ayurvedic, Chinese and Western traditions.

It comes as 60 capsules vegan Liquid Phyto-Caps.
