Contains three certified organic blends. Stress Less 10ml: Bergamot, Sandalwood Australian, Lavender Sweet, Petitgrain Bigarade. Brain Power 10ml: Basil, Rosemary Cineol, Bergamot, Cardamom. Deep Sleep 10ml: Marjoram French, Lavender True, Chamomile Roman, Mandarin.

All three blends are undiluted essential oils. Add 5-15 drops to a diffuser and refresh as required, or add 2-3 drops to a tissue, collar or pillow. For massage, mix 10 drops into 1 tsp of your preferred carrier oil and massage into the neck or shoulders. For the bath, add 5-10 drops as the water runs and limit the bath to 15 minutes. Dilute before applying to skin and patch test first.
