DESCRIPTION
Twenty thin blonde elastics — the fine ones for plaits, small sections and braid ends, in a shade that vanishes into blonde hair. Twenty per pack because these are effectively consumable: you cut them out as often as you slide them off. Fine enough to hold a plait end without leaving a visible band.
