Our kelp seaweed is harvested from the pristine waters of the north island of New Zealand and dried naturally to preserve nutrients, then milled into powder and granules (plain seasoning). Use Kelp powder as an umami-rich seasoning, before, during or after cooking. Kelp adds body and salty, sweet umami flavour to soups, stews and gravies. Use it to replace regular table salt.
