DESCRIPTION
The caffeinated version of SaltStick's capsules, at 30mg of caffeine per capsule alongside up to 314mg of electrolytes. Worth noting the trade-off: the caffeine formulation carries less electrolyte per capsule than the standard Caps, so this is the one you reach for when you want the lift rather than maximum salt replacement. Zero sugar and no flavour to get tired of — swallowed with water rather than chewed. One capsule every 30 to 60 minutes of exercise, which at 30mg a time makes the caffeine easy to keep track of across a long day.
