DESCRIPTION

The same vitamin D and K2 pairing as the capsules, in a dropper bottle for anyone who would rather not swallow one.

Each 0.5ml serve of BePure Vit D Restore Liquid gives 1000IU of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol and 60mcg of vitamin K2 as MK-7, carried in fractionated coconut oil. A 30ml bottle holds 60 serves, so two months at one serve a day.

Half a millilitre daily, measured on the dropper, straight into the mouth or stirred through a smoothie or a glass of water.

Suitable from age 12, including during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Independently third party tested.

Vitamin D is fat soluble, and this one already sits in an oil, so it takes food or no food equally well. If you want to know where your levels are, your doctor or a blood lab can measure them.

Ingredients

Each serve (0.5ml) contains:
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, naturally derived) | 1000IU
Vitamin K2 MK-7 | 60mcg

In a base of fractionated coconut oil (MCT oil).

Instructions
