DESCRIPTION

Mekhala's Massaman Curry Paste blends turmeric with warming aromatics like cinnamon and clove for a smoky flavour and gentle heat. It's certified organic, vegan and gluten free, with a clean ingredient label.

Simmer with your favourite protein and vegetables in coconut milk for a quick Asian-inspired meal, or use it as a flavour-packed marinade.

Ingredients

Shallots*, garlic*, lime juice*, galangal*, Himalayan pink salt, dried red chilli*, spices*, turmeric*, water (*organic ingredients).
May contain soy.
Serving size: 1 tsp (10g), 10 servings per jar.

Instructions

Directions: Add 2 heaped teaspoons to 2 cups of milk (coconut, dairy, almond or soy) or liquid of choice. Simmer for 5-7 minutes with your favourite protein and vegetables. Also doubles as a marinade.
Storage: Refrigerate after opening.
