PQQ and CoQ10 are usually discussed together because they work on the same part of the cell from different angles, and this is Coyne's combination of the two in a single 300mg capsule.
Both are mitochondrial nutrients. CoQ10 is the better known of the pair and sits directly in the energy-producing machinery of the cell; PQQ, pyrroloquinoline quinone, is a much newer arrival to supplement shelves and is the reason a combination product like this exists at all rather than two separate bottles.
The other ingredient list is unusually short: organic Nu-Rice® in a clear vegetable capsule, and nothing else. No allergens, no sugar, no gluten, no artificial flavours, no preservatives.
One capsule daily in the morning with or after food. Thirty capsules. One a day is the maximum.
