Solgar® 500 mg L-Glutamine contains the amino acid L-Glutamine. 

L-Glutamine is found in large amounts in muscles. It is classified as a non-essential amino acid (i.e. it can be made in the body), but in certain situations the demand for glutamine increases. Natural sources of glutamine include grass-fed beef, wild caught fish, cottage cheese, whey powder, asparagus and broccoli. Dietary supplementation with glutamine may assist dietary intake. Solgar® 500 mg L-Glutamine can support normal glutamine levels.
