DESCRIPTION
For everyday toast, baking and marinades, this is the jar that gets used up fastest. Bees work a wild mix of manuka and other native ngahere flowers across the Far North, and the result is a full, characterful honey, noticeably deeper and more savoury-edged than a plain table blend.
Made in small batches by a Maori-owned whanau in Awanui, Northland, under the tikanga of kaitiakitanga.
