DESCRIPTION
The middle grade, and the one most people settle on. UMF 10+ is equivalent to MGO 263+, roughly three times the methylglyoxal of Tahi's 5+, which shows up in the taste as much as the number: moderately sweet, tangy, with the balanced depth that manuka is known for. Still easy to eat daily by the spoonful rather than rationed. Raw and unpasteurised, guaranteed monofloral, no added sugar or additives, and independently certified by UMFHA. Tahi's hives sit on a Northland wildlife sanctuary they have spent decades restoring, funded by 100% of the profits from every jar - 8.8 million native trees replanted so far, and the bird count on the property has gone from twenty species to seventy-one.
