Enjoy by the spoonful, spread on toast or bread, or stirred into yoghurt, smoothies and juices. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Raw honey naturally crystallises over time; stand the jar in warm water to soften it. Do not heat above 40°C if you want to keep it raw.
