The top of Tahi's everyday range and a noticeably different honey to the lower grades. UMF 15+ is equivalent to MGO 514+, roughly six times the methylglyoxal of their 5+, and the flavour turns rich and complex with it - darker, more resinous, with the distinctive character serious manuka drinkers are after. This is the grade people buy deliberately rather than by habit, so the 250g jar suits it. Raw and unpasteurised, guaranteed monofloral, no added sugar or additives, independently certified by UMFHA. As with every Tahi jar, 100% of the profit goes back into regenerating their Northland sanctuary, where 8.8 million native trees have gone in so far.
