The formula is unchanged from the 30. Each capsule holds 730mg of liposomal vitamin C, providing 500mg of L-ascorbic acid as Quali®-C alongside a 230mg phosphatidylcholine complex. Quali-C is a European ascorbic acid that formulators tend to specify by name.

The liposomes are the point: ordinary vitamin C hits an absorption ceiling, and encapsulating it in a phospholipid shell carries more of it through the digestive tract intact. The same encapsulation is why it is non-acidic and easier on the stomach than a large dose of plain ascorbic acid.

One to two capsules per day. Sixty capsules, and better value per capsule than the 30.

Vegetable cellulose, vegetable stearate and silica are the only other ingredients.
