Triphala is the best known formula in all of Ayurveda, and it has only ever needed three ingredients. Trifal is Ayush Herbs' version of it, made from standardised extracts of all three fruits.

Amla, chebulic myrobalan and belleric myrobalan have been used together for millennia to support digestive comfort, gentle regularity and the body's natural elimination processes. The tradition also regards it as a formula for the mind, an early recognition of the link between comfortable digestion and clear thinking.
