FABFOL is a daily nutritional supplement for preconception, pregnancy and breastfeeding. FABFOL is gentle on the stomach with low constipation iron. Fabfol provides daily nutritional support before, during & after pregnancy.

Directions

Adults: Take one tablet daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice. If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect/spina bifida, seek advice from your doctor.

For maximum benefit to you and your baby, FABFOL should be taken at least one month before pregnancy, throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Each tablet contains: Minerals: Iron Amino Acid Chelate: 60mg, Equivalent Iron: 12mg, Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate: 250mg, Equivalent Magnesium: 50mg, Zinc Amino Acid Chelate: 7.5mg, Equivalent Zinc: 1.5mg, Potassium Iodide: 196mcg, Equivalent Iodine: 150mcg. Vitamins: Folic Acid: 500mcg, Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Nitrate): 1.5mg, Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin): 1.5mg, Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide): 7.5mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride): 1.5mg, Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin): 4mcg, Vitamin C (from Sodium Ascorbate): 100mg, Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol 200IU): 5mcg.
