DESCRIPTION

A milky toner rather than a watery one, which is the difference between a toner that sits on skin and one that actually leaves it softer. The base is 71% rice bran water with rice extract and niacinamide, and rice has a long history in Korean skincare for the look of dull, uneven skin. The texture is light but faintly creamy, so it doubles as a very light moisturiser on days when skin does not need much. Sweep on with a cotton pad or press in with fingertips after cleansing, morning and night. A 250ml bottle. Pairs naturally with the Heartleaf toner if you alternate.

Instructions
